Product Storage
Qunomic products can create virtual staging areas and pallet alignment guides. We can place product ID's on the floor, rack, placard, or wall. By integrating with your WMS we can provide directional assistance to ensure that the product gets to the correct location.
Product Processing
In one location Qunomic was able to assist in processing product by creating an outline of cut sheet metal on the floor. The lift driver would then align a stack of the cut metal with the outline in the pick-up area of a stamper. By getting the alignment perfect there were fewer mis-stamped pieces, reducing costs and hold-ups in the production line.
Shelf Life Management
In PDC's (Perishable Distribution Centers) shelf life management can sometimes be a challenge, especially in an open floor PDC. The Einstein can help manage shelf life and provide progressive levels of information to help pickers select the product that should be moved first.

For companies that use the Minomi or a similar system, precision placement of the cassette trailers is critical to an uninterrupted supply of parts.
For inactive equipment or Six Sigma processes
