Installation
Self-installation materials and training
Qunomic will provide the materials, directions, and a training video for those customers who wish to install the Queue and Beacon themselves. This is a fairly easy procedure and can be done in-house.
Qunomic installation
Qunomic can install all of its products for you. It is recommended that you do not install the Einstein yourself, at least the first one. Installation will be included in your quote.
Joint installation by both Qunomic and you
Qunomic can provide a project manager with the training and experience to install all of our products. You provide the labor force.
Third Party installation
Only approved third parties can install our products. Request a list of approved vendors in your area and compare their cost with ours.
Replacement Agreement
Qunomic offers an annual Replacement Agreement for a truly maintenance-free* product. The Replacement Agreement covers our products after the one year warranty expires.
Graphics Development
If you are using an Einstein series product we offer two options for developing graphics for your usage. The first is that we will train your team to develop and program the graphics so it can be done in-house. The second option is our Graphics Development Agreement, where Qunomic's graphic art department does the work for you.
Integration
Our programmers will integrate the Einstein system with your current, or future, Warehouse Management System (WMS), Pick & Delivery software, RFID System, Production System, or Emergency Communication System. Ask us for more information.
Remote Einstein System Management
This is not quite Software as a Service (SaaS). We offer this for those companies that simply tell us what they want to happen and we make it happen in their facility from our offices. No on-site personnel are needed to smoothly run your Einstein system.
*The
lens aperture may require cleaning periodically depending on the particulate
in the air in your facility.
