888-Qunomic (786-6642) Voice and Fax info@qunomic.com Services Static Sign Projector Image Exchange This allows a customer to change the sign that a Static Sign Projector is creating.  If the customer is under warranty or our Maintenance Agreement and wants to change a standard image for another standard image the customer pays nothing but shipping and handling.  For custom signs there is a fee plus S&H. Installation The customer can easily install Static Sign Projectors.  Qunomic also offers installation service for these projectors. Graphic Sign Projector Installation Graphic Sign Projectors require installation by Qunomic personnel.  The cost is included in the initial quote. Software Training We provide training to maximize the output of your system.  Graphic design, animation, and scheduling are some of the functionality covered. Graphic Design Qunomic's design team can create the graphics, animations, etc., on a project or contract basis.  . System Integration Our IT Department will work with yours to integrate the Qunomic system into your existing WMS, Pick & Delivery, etc. SaaS For those companies wanting a complete solution Qunomic offers a Software as a Service.  This option allows us to control your Qunomic system, eliminating the need to train your on-site personnel.  Let us know what you want and we make it happen.  SaaS also comes with some graphics development included. Temporary Signage Qunomic will provide a temporary system for meetings, training, or short term projects.  Contact us for more information. Maintenance Agreement Both of our projectors are covered by a one year warranty.  After the warranty period expires an annual Maintenance Agreement is available for each projector.  Use the request a quote page to get a price.  The Agreement covers any failure except damage caused but dropping the projector, parts and labor. Qunomic operates a Customer Service Hotline, available 24/7, located in the United States. Our Service Department has an excellent on-time record. You will be given your personal account representative's cell phone number for immediate availability within our normal work hours, 6 days a week. All departments and personnel are available from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Eastern time, Monday through Friday.  Our Service Department is available 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, seven days a week for emergencies.
