My specific issue:
My facility uses a lot of lines to delineate the roadways for forklifts, tuggers, and other vehicles.
Our latest product line, the Queue, creates the bright, no maintenance* lines everyone wants.
I am struggling to keep my crosswalks visible and attention-getting to keep both the drivers and pedestrians safe.
Qunomic has a proprietary crosswalk system that not only clearly defines the crosswalk but highlights a person that is in the crosswalk for greater safety.
We have drive paths with either precision turns or narrow aisles that only my most experienced drivers can handle.
The Einstein and the Queue precision driving assistance can make a temporary driver as good as an experienced veteran in these situations.
There are situations where precise placement of vehicles or product is crucial.
Precision placement can be a critical component of process management. Qunomic can define "hot" or "cold" spots for staging, precise stop points for a Minomi system, or stacking sheet metal for the correct orientation for a stamping machine.
I am constantly having to maintain or replace critical signage such as stop signs.
Virtual signs have the same no maintenance properties as our virtual paint and virtual tape. Whether you are using paint, decals, metal, or other tangible material for signage, Qunomic easily and effectively can get you in the "no maintenance zone"*.
I have loading docks that need a better guidance solution during low light levels or inclement weather.
